Executed Project
The motto of this intervention was the ashes (the customer’s favourite colour) and are they accompanying and marking their presence in almost every space of the house.
In the entrance hall, the right wall was painted in dark anthracite where the lacquered doors to almost white grey make the contrast giving an indication of the other spaces of the house.
The kitchen furniture was lacquered in grayscale that made the kitchen more modern and current and going to meet the stone in the kitchen top highlighting its beauty that was previously oppressed.
The room was the area that suffered more changes where the traditional stone corner fireplace was replaced by a multi-purpose plasterboard mobile. The fireplace was maintained but now with a ventilation system and grids that allow the use of the fireplace heat for the entire room. A central zone was created for a television facility flanked by shelves for decorative books and objects.
Lighting with spots creates an ambient light and customised space for your various uses.
The area where a sofa had a pillar that was hidden with a new wall in Pladur and where he placed LED tape on the sides to give an ambient light when we intended to watch TV.
In the dining area was created a suspended ceiling with a light moulding where the dining table is and also allowed the creation of a crowd.
The Sanitary Installation of the Suite needed an urgent update, had a bathtub and heavy coatings and as the other social toilet had a bathtub a decision to remove and install a large shower base. Given to be an indoor bathroom was decided to use only coatings in the wetlands making the space lighter and clear. The same tones used in the house and remaining walls were used. A suspended ceiling with lighting was installed to allow better use.
As the floor was removed and replaced used to install an electric heating pavement.
